• Prodware expands its footprint in Europe through the acquisition of Westpole Benelux. Operating in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Italy, Westpole Benelux brings over 40 years of experience in IT services, sales process management, IT and cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Prodware makes a significant move in Europe with the acquisition of Protinus, a Dutch company established in 2010 that specializes in integrating IT hardware, software, and services for both corporate and public sector clients in the Netherlands. Protinus reported revenues exceeding €295 million in fiscal 2022. With this acquisition, the Prodware Group’s annual turnover surpasses €500 million.
