Alain Conrard is the Managing Director and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Prodware SA since 2005.

An HEC Executive graduate and recipient of IT and Business Administration degrees (IAE), Alain boasts a solid experience holding various positions in consulting firms, service companies as well as in the software industry. He joined Prodware as Group Managing Director in 2003.

His collaborative leadership style and outside-the-box mindset elicit that required synergy to help drive Prodware’s ambitious growth strategy. Prodware has become the undisputed digital transformation enabler for mid-size companies and subsidiaries of large groups.

Passionate about new technologies, Alain has recently written a book called “Taking the Plunge! A Different Take on Innovation” and actively takes part in various industry initiatives for the mid size market that center around innovation. He is notably President of the Commission on Digital Strategies of the METI (professional gild for mid-size companies) and Vice President of the ETI Club (association of French mid-market companies) in charge of Innovation programs in R&D.

Stéphane holds a degree in accounting. Fond of foreign civilizations, he pursued studies in parallel also majoring in oriental civilizations and languages. Stéphane began his professional career in 1993 working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Audit where he carried out various audits for a period of 3 years.

In 1996, he joined OCA, a prominent consulting firm. In 2001, he created two accounting firms and carried out various missions for Prodware. In 2006, he took over the Administrative and Financial Department of Prodware and became Managing Director and Administrator in 2007 and 2010 respectively.

Stéphane’s extensive experience in financial management significantly helped steer Prodware in driving its ambitious growth strategy.

José María Sánchez is Corporate Vice President of Prodware Spain. As a seasoned IT professional, with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, José has been at the helm of Prodware Spain since 2005 steering the company to success and tripling its revenue over this period.

A graduate in Biological Science and also holding different postgraduate Masters in Spanish and English from top universities, he started out at Prodware Spain in 1998 after working in Sales at Fujitsu ICL in charge of business development.

Chema (his nickname) is well known in the Software Industry. He is member of the Board of Protectors in Teatro Real, a patron of the Madrid Vivo Foundation and member of the advisory board of different companies in the Retail, Legal and Media sectors.

Chema is committed to his team, customers and shareholders with innovation and business processes being among his strong suits.

Dirk Fedder

Dirk Fedder is a member of the Management Board of Prodware Germany. In this role, he is responsible for sales, business development, and the strategic advancement of customer relationships with a strong focus on cloud, business applications, and AI-driven solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Fedder has been with the company for over two decades and has played a key role in shaping Prodware’s growth and market positioning in Germany. After starting his career in a technical role, he worked as a Solution Architect and later as a Business Line Manager.

He began his professional career following his study at the Siemens Technical Academy, where he built the foundation for his expertise in IT and business solutions.
With extensive experience in the IT and consulting industry, Dirk Fedder is recognized for his execution-focused leadership and his commitment to driving sustainable growth through innovation and digital transformation.

With nearly 30 years of experience in leading technology, software, and cloud organizations, including IBM, Microsoft, and Oracle, Olivier has built deep expertise in market dynamics, enterprise technology, and large-scale transformation.

As CEO of Westpole and Prodware Belgium and Luxembourg, he leverages this experience to help organizations turn technology into tangible, sustainable business value.

STRATEGIC SENIOR ADVISOR TO THE CEO

Graduating from the ESCP Europe Business School, Bertrand Launay has held different executive positions at IBM, HP and SAGE. He joined the ranks of Microsoft and spent 19 years working for the software vendor in France and abroad. In charge of the Small, Medium, Solution & Partners division in France, Japan and in the Asia region,he later became the Chief Operating Officer for Microsoft in India and then Managing Director in the Philippines. He more recently held the position of General Manager One Commercial Partner in the Western Europe region.

Passionate about his job and results-oriented; acutely mastering the art of bringing operations and strategy to work together, Bertrand’s mission at Prodware is to define and orchestratethe Sales & Marketing business policy to support a strong and sustainable growth strategy driven by both organic growth and acquisitions.

In a fast-paced digital transformation market in constant flux, Bertrand’s expertise, experience, vision and extensive knowledge of the market are a valuable asset to the Prodware Group.
