Alain Conrard

Alain Conrard is the Managing Director and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Prodware SA since 2005.
An IT graduate in Business Management (IAE), Alain boasts a solid experience holding various positions in consulting firms, service companies as well as in the software industry. He joined Prodware as Group Managing Director in 2003.
His collaborative leadership style and outside-the-box mindset elicit that required synergy to help drive Prodware’s ambitious growth strategy. Prodware has become the undisputed digital transformation enabler for mid-size companies and subsidiaries of large groups.
Passionate about new technologies, Alain has recently written a book called “Taking the Plunge! A Different Take on Innovation” and actively takes part in various industry initiatives for the mid size market that center around innovation. He is notably President of the Commission on Digital Strategies of the METI (professional gild for mid-size companies) and Vice President of the ETI Club (association of French mid-market companies) in charge of Innovation programs in R&D.
Stéphane Conrard

Stéphane Conrard is deputy CEO and administrator of Prodware SA.
As Financial Director of the Group, Stephane plays a pivotal role in managing and steering the group’s strategy. He actively takes part in all the reorganizations while driving all the debt and equity financing operations. He also oversees the group’s financial communication plan.
With a degree in accounting, Stephane began his career working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Audit after which he founded two accounting firms before joining Prodware in 2006.
Stephane is known to be highly ambitious and a forward-thinker fostering a true sense of teamwork and collaboration. His extensive expertise and hands-on approach as well as his “business” mindset bring that operational synergy to the dynamics of the Prodware group.

As Prodware’s Chief of Staff to the CEO, Marc Benero holds a pivotal role in driving Prodware’s ambitious development strategy. Marc assists the CEO in spearheading transformation programs supporting Prodware’s growth plan. He is in charge of modernizing business processes and applications, group governance, revamping the organization for continuous improvement and implementing the Scorecard policy measuring all-round performance.
Marc has more than 24 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across multiple industries as Program Director in the Automotive industry (Renault), Senior Manager (PwC – IBM), Global Account Manager (Microsoft), Sales Director (JDA Software), Business Consulting founder at Prodware and coaching for the Prodware start-up ecosystem to scale-up business growth.
Marc has always been at the helm of large-scale transformation projects setting up new business units and/or departments in challenging contexts. Marc is a key asset in helping Prodware reach its business objectives while improving overall performance.
Patrick Abensour

As Prodware’s Chief Development Officer, Patrick boasts an impressive track record in advising strategic accounts and in conducting ambitious business operations. He earned an MBA from the ESSEC business school.
His outstanding proficiency in Corporate Finance has led Patrick to conduct and coordinate several assignments in mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, Business Valuation, Due Diligence and Strategy Design & Implementation.
Patrick previously worked for Deloitte Finance in the Transaction Advisory Service as Director leading major M&A deals both in France and at the international level. He is a seasoned professional in M&A management with 20 years’ experience supporting Prodware’s group consolidation strategy while overseeing the overall HR talent management program.
Eytan Hattem

Eytan Hattem is Prodware’s Chief Innovation & Business Solutions Officer, in charge of building an end-to-end Innovative value proposition.
Eytan has been working for Prodware for almost a decade now, always involved at the forefront of anything & everything related to innovation and finding new business development paths. Eytan’s extensive experience in technologies and his unique business acumen make him the man of the situation when it comes to coordinating, planning and structuring GTM processes.
He has fulfilled a significant number of corporate positions focused on customer experience management, delivery and innovation.
Frederic Champalbert is General Manager of Prodware France and Luxembourg and since 2021 has also taken on the role of Corporate Vice President.
Frederic Champalbert is a graduate of the INSEAD Business School (2011). He has embraced a career in sales working for prestigious software engineering companies and for SAP France. He also boasts significant international executive experience working for American software companies.
His hands-on experience in new technologies, his approach to business and management style are great drivers that will strongly contribute to supporting Prodware’s strategy of securing its position as the leading digital transformation enabler of companies.
Ian Mac Hueg Herlevsen

Ian Mac Hueg Herlevsen is Prodware’s International Business Development Director. Ian has a long history of holding senior executive positions in the Finance and Banking industry working for prestigious names such as BG Bank in Denmark and CDC Ixis in France.
Ian joined Prodware at the end of 1999. For close to 20 years, Ian has leveraged his solid experience as a Senior Executive embracing many leading roles within Prodware. Whether as Country Manager or Sales Director, Ian has spanned the many operational and strategic areas of the group tackling market & sales development initiatives while supporting the group’s growth strategy in his role as Executive Board member.
As International Business Development Director Ian is tasked with coordinating and driving cross-group initiatives leading the entire sales force in delivering and conveying Prodware’s new positioning strategy as Business Knowledge advisors and Digital Transformation enablers.
José María Sánchez is Corporate Vice President of Prodware Spain. As a seasoned IT professional, with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, José has been at the helm of Prodware Spain since 2005 steering the company to success and tripling its revenue over this period.
A graduate in Biological Science and also holding different postgraduate Masters in Spanish and English from top universities, he started out at Prodware Spain in 1998 after working in Sales at Fujitsu ICL in charge of business development.
Chema (his nickname) is well known in the Software Industry. He is member of the Board of Protectors in Teatro Real, a patron of the Madrid Vivo Foundation and member of the advisory board of different companies in the Retail, Legal and Media sectors.
Chema is committed to his team, customers and shareholders with innovation and business processes being among his strong suits.
Stephan Losekoot

Stephan established a Nearshore Development Center in 2008 following one of Prodware’s acquisitions. It evolved to a Shared Service Center of over 70 FTE and contributes strongly to the Group’s EBIT.
His career has a strong technical foundation and since 1995, he has garnered a more hands-on practical experience in ERP Development, Consultancy and Project Management.
For the last 15 years Stephan has focused on General Management and represented Atos and Prodware in Steering Committees in a number of projects. Thus he experienced and helped to solve a variety of challenges faced by management teams. His hands-on experience in many different areas makes him that much more efficient and comfortable in different kinds of settings. Acting as a go-between between the boardroom and the work force, Stephan translates operational challenges into management essentials.
He is successful in taking on new challenges through his direct management style, his ability to put things into perspective and appreciating situations with his helicopter view. Bringing back momentum in troubled projects is a challenge that he likes to take and that has built his reputation.
