Vitaldent continues its digital transformation and customer experience journey

Vitaldent, one of the most important dental health groups in Spain with more than 300 clinics, was looking to make a leap in personalizing the customer experience. In 2019, Vitaldent incorporated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to improve the productivity and management of its back-office processes. Further boosted by a deployment of Prodware’s integrated accelerator “Item Lifecycle Management”.

After the success of its implementation, which has led to substantial improvements in management of the financial, commercial and after-sales areas, the Spanish dental health group has once again opted for Microsoft’s cloud technology.

For this phase, with the aim of achieving a 360° vision of its patients, Vitaldent has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Voice, cloud solutions that allow the group to feed patient data into one platform in order to interact proactively with them.
