Vitaldent was looking to take a leap in the personalization of the customer experience. In 2019, Vitaldent incorporated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to improve the productivity and management of its back-office processes, further supported by Prodware’s integrated accelerator Item Lifecycle Management. After the success of its implementation, they have once again opted for Microsoft’s cloud technology.
